The invention relates to a forming device with automatic feeding and no excess material rapid cutting for traditional puffed-rice cake. The forming device mainly comprises a discharging part, a constant-amount dividing part, a bypass feeding part and a forming part. The discharging part comprises a roller annularly disposed with a concave slot, capable of bringing out a raw material which is a mixture of high concentration syrup and well-baked and puffed rice. The constant-amount dividing part comprises a severing device which is utilized to sever the material into rectangular pieces without excess material. The bypass feeding part is utilized to transmit the severed materials to a diverter individually. The shape-forming part is utilized to shape the rectangular material into a predetermined circular type in a material mould via a prototyping device, and then the circular material is compacted and discharged. Accordingly, a formation process of the puffed-rice cake with full automatic machining and without excess material can be completed.本發明「傳統米香自動進料及無餘料快速裁割之成型裝置」，基本由出料部、定量分割部、分流進料部及成型部所組成，其中，出料部有一環設凹槽之滾筒，將高濃度糖漿及熟化米香混合之原料帶出，定量分割部具一裁割裝置，係將物料呈矩形的被裁割，而達無餘料之效果，經分流進料部將裁割物料分別送分料器，由成型部經雛形裝置將矩形物料於料模中予以成型為預定圓形狀，後經壓實後出料，藉此完成全自動加工又無餘料之過程者。
