The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition, food or feed composition, and cosmetic composition including irilin B (5,7,2-trihydroxy-6-methoxyisoflavone) as an active ingredient isolated from Salicornia europaea. Irilin B, an isoflavone-based compound isolated from Salicornia europaea, has an excellent antithrombotic activity for strongly inhibiting the blood coagulation activity and platelet aggregation of endogenous and exogenous pathways to be used as a therapeutic agent for diseases related to the cerebellar vascular system or as a blood circulation improving agent derived from natural ingredients. The irilin B also exhibits a potent inhibitory activity against alpha glucosidases and angiotensin converting enzymes at the same time to be used for development of a pharmaceutical product as a diabetes, hyperlipemia, and obesity inhibitor related to an alpha glucosidase inhibiting activity. The irilin B also can be used for development of a pharmaceutical product, a dietary supplement, or a feed product for prevention and treatment of high blood pressure related to an angiotensin converting enzyme inhibiting activity. The irilin B also exhibits an inhibitory activity against tyrosinase, a skin agar-converting enzyme, to be used as a functional skin-whitening cosmetic composition.본 발명은 퉁퉁마디로부터 분리한 irilin B (5,7,2’-트리하이드록시-6-메톡시이소플라본) 화합물을 유효성분으로 포함하는 약제학적 조성물, 식품 또는 사료용 조성물 및 화장료 조성물에 관한 것이다. 퉁퉁마디로부터 분리 정제한 이소플라본계 화합물인 irilin B 는 내인성 및 외인성 경로의 혈액 응고활성과 혈소판 응집을 강력히 저해하는 항혈전 활성이 우수하므로 천연물 유래의 혈액순환개선제 및 심뇌혈관계 관련질환 치료제로 사용할 수 있다. 또한, irilin B 는 알파 글루코시다제 및 안지오텐신전환효소에 대한 강력한 저해활성을 동시에 나타냄으로써 알파글루코시다제 저해활성과 관련된 당뇨, 고지혈증 및 비만억제제등의 의약품용도로 개발될 수 있고, 안지오텐진전환효소의 저해활성과 관련된 고혈압 예방 및 치료를 위한 의약품, 기능성 식품 또는사료용용도로 개발될 수 있다. Irilin B는 피부갈변화 효소인 타이로시나제에 대한 저해활성도 나타내므로, 미백용 기능성 화장품의 용도로도 개발될 수 있다.
