The electrostatic spraying device (10) sprays the liquid from a tip of the nozzle (20) by generating the electric field at the tip portion of the nozzle (20) by using the electric field generation section (31). The electrostatic spraying device (10) is configured such that the direction of the nozzle (20) is changeable.
