PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the possibility that a driving mechanism and portions adjacent thereto will be broken or damaged.SOLUTION: The medical injector has a housing 2 into which a syringe 1 having an outer cylinder 5 and a plunger 6 is to be detachably loaded, and a manual driving mechanism 3 provided in the housing 2 and sliding the plunger 6 of the syringe 1 axially forward.
