PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an acidic seasoning in a liquid form having a fresh flavor of kaffir lime without bitterness, even though containing leaves of kaffir lime.SOLUTION: An acidic seasoning in a liquid form contains 4.5 to 6 mass% of sodium chloride and 0.35 to 2 mass% of powdery leaves of kaffir lime in terms of raw leaves. The content of the powdery leaves of kaffir lime (in terms of raw leaves) is 90 to 210 mass% relative to acetic acid.
