PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly and easily adjust motor output in a motor control device of an electric reel.SOLUTION: A motor control device includes a first pressing operation part 11, a second pressing operation part 12, and motor control means 16. The first pressing operation part 11 and the second pressing operation part 12 include pressure sensors 11a and 12a whose output changes according to pressing force. The motor control means 16 includes output increasing means, output decreasing means, and output maintaining means, and controls motor output of a motor 8 according to the output of the pressure sensors 11a and 12a. The output increasing means increases the motor output according to the output of the pressure sensor 11a. The output decreasing means decreases the motor output according to the output of the pressure sensor 12a.
