PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a more natural flection action of an artificial knee joint implant used in artificial knee joint replacement.SOLUTION: An artificial knee joint implant is equipped with a femoral component 100 fixed to the distal part of the thighbone of the patient and a tibia plate 300 fixed to a tibial proximal part 6 of the patient. The tibia plate 300 includes a bottom face 303 located parallel to a facing surface 6a vertically facing to the tibia plate 300 among the tibial proximal part 6, and a tibia articular surface 320 to slide with a thighbone articular surface 103.
