PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a PS type artificial knee joint implant capable of adjusting gap balance, capable of relieving burdens on an operator and a patient, and allowing the patient to get natural flection exercise to achieve stable deep flexional motions.SOLUTION: The artificial knee joint implant 1 includes: femur components 100, 200 and 300 to be alternatively attached to a distal part of a femur of the patient and tibia inserts 400, 500 and 600 to be alternatively attached to a proximal part of a tibia of the patient. Each femur component 100, 200 or 300 has a cam part 203 disposed between rear parts of two femur joint surfaces 107 and 107, or 207 and 207, or 307 and 307. Each tibia insert 400, 500 or 600 has a post 402, 502 or 602 which can be brought into contact with the cam part 203.
