The present invention provides a PS-type artificial knee joint implant, with which the gap balance can be adjusted in order to realize a stable deep flexion movement, the burden on a surgeon and a patient can be reduced, and the patient can perform a natural flexion movement. An artificial knee joint implant 1 includes femoral components 100, 200, and 300, one of which is selected and attached to a distal portion of a femur of the patient, and tibial inserts 400, 500, and 600, one of which is selected and attached to a proximal portion of a tibia of the patient. The femoral components 100, 200, and 300 have a cam portion 203 that is disposed between posterior portions of two femoral joint faces 107, 207, and 307, respectively. The tibial inserts 400, 500, and 600 have posts 402, 502, and 602 that can be brought into contact with the cam portion 203. The posts 402, 502, and 602 have different antero-posterior positions.
