Disclosed is a process for the die-casting manufacture of a novel aluminium-copper composite tube heat dissipation cavity, comprising the following steps: S1. manufacturing an aluminium-copper composite tube; S2. bend-forming same; S3. welding an aluminium alloy water faucet; S4. after the completion of step S3, placing the bend-formed aluminium-copper composite tube into a die-casting mould, and positioning same using a positioning device inside the die-casting mould; S5. mould-clamping and die-casting; S6. opening the mould and taking out the cast; S7. deburring, and introducing nitric acid into the copper tube to erode the copper tube, while the aluminium tube does not react with nitric acid, so that a complete aluminium tube flow channel is obtained; and S8. performing surface CNC processing on the die-cast wrapping the outside of the aluminium tube to finally obtain an aluminium tube heat dissipation cavity.
