The present invention relates to a body attachment wafer (1) for attaching an ostomy device to a wearer, comprising a plastic film (3) having an opening (5) therein, a layer (4) of adhesive coated onto one side of said plastic film and a stiffening layer (6) releasably attached to said plastic film on the side thereof opposite to the side coated with adhesive. According to the invention the layer (4) of adhesive comprises a region (B) surrounding the opening (5) in the plastic film (3) in which the thickness of the layer (4) of adhesive is decreasing in a direction towards the circumference of the plastic film, the layer (4) of adhesive having its largest thickness adjacent to the opening (5) in the plastic film (3) and consists of a silicone gel adhesive having a softness exceeding 8 mm.La présente invention concerne une plaquette de fixation corporelle (1) permettant de fixer un dispositif stomique sur un utilisateur, comportant un film plastique (3) ayant une ouverture (5) dans celui-ci, une couche (4) dadhésif recouvrant un côté dudit film plastique et une couche de renfort (6) attachée de manière libérable audit film plastique sur le côté de celui-ci opposé au côté revêtu dadhésif. Selon linvention, la couche (4) dadhésif comporte une région (B) entourant louverture (5) dans le film plastique (3) où lépaisseur de la couche (4) dadhésif diminue dans une direction allant vers la circonférence du film plastique, la couche (4) dadhésif ayant son épaisseur la plus grande de manière adjacente à louverture (5) dans le film plastique (3) et étant constituée dun adhésif à base de gel de silicone ayant une souplesse dépassant 8 mm.
