PURPOSE: A heel protecting cover is provided to maintain a posture stable in walking and to prevent generation of an impact sound between floors. CONSTITUTION: A heel protecting cover comprises: an insulating material which is comprised of a liner and an outer cover and in which a plurality of ventilation holes are formed； a bottom part(4) and a lateral part(6) in which the insulating material is integrally formed； a wearing insertion part formed in the upper part of the body； an opening which is formed in order to pass through one side； a band which is combined with each circumference； a latex coating layer formed in the inner side of the bottom part of the body； an insole(10) which is integrally shaped in the inner side of the bottom part of the body； and a cushion member which is laminated in the lower part of the insole.본 발명은 실내에서 착용하는 발뒤꿈치용 보호구는, 신축성과 보온성의 원단으로서 내피(14)와 외피(16)로 형성되며 그 사이에 다수의 통기공(18)이 형성된 단열재(20)가 일체로 형성된 바닥부(4)와 측면부(6)(6a)를 분리 재단하여 재봉 형성된 발뒤꿈치용 보호구(2)를 구성하되, 상기 발뒤꿈치용 보호구(2)의 몸체(8) 상방에 착용삽입부(22)와 일 측방으로 관통하는 개구부(24)를 형성하면서 각 외주로 밴드(26)를 결합 구성하고, 몸체(8)의 바닥부(4) 내측에 직물로된 표피재(10a)의 저면에 라텍스 코팅층(10b)와 일체화로 성형된 깔창(10)을 형성하고, 깔창(10)의 하부에 쿠션부재(12)를 서로 접착되게 적층 함으로써 완충기능을 가지도록 구성한 것이다.
