Food supplement on the basis of fruits of the Caatinga, refers to the composition of a product.That s 50% of powder of umbu (Spondias tuberosa Arruda CAM) and 50% of powder of passionfruit (Passiflora cincinatta mast.) without additional mixtures of other substances or ingredients.In the production process (Figure 1), the fruits acquired were sanitized, broken in half, separating - peel, pulp,Dried in the dryer electric controlled temperature of 70 ° C for 8 to 9 hours.After drying (Figure 4), the fruits were processed into powder by grinding held in mill and blender industrial 15 HP and 1500 rpm (Figure 5) and then sieved into three particle sizes (Figure 6) and packed in plastic bags, vacuum to prevent its reumidecimento (Figure 7).The product after process keeps the antioxidant capacity of the fruit in nature, and a food supplement.suplemento alimentar a base de frutos da caatinga, refere-se a composição de um produto, que é 50% de pó de umbu (spondias tuberosa arruda cam) e 50% de pó de maracujá do mato (passiflora cincinatta mast.), sem misturas adicionais de outras substâncias ou ingredientes. no processo de produção (figura 1), as frutas adquiridas foram higienizadas, partidas ao meio separando-se casca, polpa, secas no secador elétrico com temperatura controlada de 70°c durante 8-9 horas. após a secagem (figura 4), as frutas foram transformadas em pó através da trituração realizada em moinho e liquidificador industrial 1,5 cv e 1500 rpm (figura 5) e logo após peneiradas em três granulometrias (figura 6) e embalada em sacos plásticos a vácuo para evitar seu reumidecimento (figura 7). o produto após processo mantém a capacidade antioxidante do fruto in natura, constituindo-se num suplemento alimentar.
