PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a side fence device configured not to carelessly tilt a support member retained in an upright state.SOLUTION: A stopper mechanism 11 for tiltably releasing a retaining state of an upright support member 7 includes: a case 12 with an operation hole 26 openedly formed on an upper face, provided on one end of an upper lateral member 9, storing the upper part of one support member inside thereof, and urnably connected thereto an engagement pin 23 resiliency displaceably provided on the upper part of the support member an engagement body 27 with an engagement hole 28 penetrating in the vertical direction, provided in the case, and engaged with the engagement pin inserted from the lower end of the engagement hole, when the support member in a tilt state is turned in an upright direction and a release member 31 having a release pin 32 entering inside from the upper end of the engagement hole, whose elevating position is restricted so as to be resiliency displaceably provided in the operation hole and to position the upper end face in the operation hole and that when pushingly operated with the support member positioned in the upright state, causes the release pin to press the engagement pin to disengage it from the engagement hole and makes the support member tiltable.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】この発明は起立状態で保持された支柱部材を不用意に倒伏させることがないようにした側柵装置を提供することにある。【解決手段】起立した支柱部材7の保持状態を倒伏可能に解除するストッパ機構11は、上面に操作孔26が開口形成されて上部横部材9の一端に設けられ、内部に1つの支柱部材の上部が収容されて回動可能に連結されたケース12と、支柱部材の上部に弾性的に変位可能に設けられた係合ピン23と、上下方向に貫通する係合孔28を有してケース内に設けられ倒伏状態にある支柱部材を起立方向へ回動させたときに係合ピンが係合孔の下端から係合する係合体27と、係合孔の上端から内部に入り込む解除ピン32を有し、操作孔内に弾性的に変位可能かつ上端面が操作孔内に位置するよう上昇位置が制限されて設けられ支柱部材が起立状態にあるときに押圧操作されると、解除ピンが係合ピンを押圧して係合孔から外して支柱部材を倒伏可能とする解除部材31を具備する。【選択図】図4
