PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wheelchair for bathing assistance configured to enable a users stable sitting posture and a helpers easy work of body washing by enabling a sitting part to be lifted/lowered and to be operated to be tilted at any lifting position.SOLUTION: A lifting mechanism including lifting means, in which an outer frame is lifted with respect to an inner frame, is erected on a vehicle body frame including front and rear wheels. A seat frame, which includes a seating part, a back receiver, a hand rail, a leg support, and a step, is axially fixed so as to be rotatable on a seating part support bracket arranged on the lifting mechanism. A tilt mechanism is configured such that a tilt plate is axially fixed so as to be rotatable on a tilt bracket fastened on the seat frame and a tilt lock pin inserted through the seating part support bracket is attached so as to be operable for engagement/removal in an engagement/removal groove of an angle setting groove bored through the tilt plate.
