The lift-up device 30 includes floor fixed parts 31 fixed to a vehicle floor a slide mechanism 32 sliding the floor fixed parts 31 a rotating mechanism 33 rotatable relative to the slide mechanism 32 a lifting mechanism 34 assembled to the rotating mechanism 33 and a seat support mechanism 35 supporting the seat device 20 and moving by the lifting mechanism 34.
