PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cervical orthosis which allows a wearer to take a supine posture with the occiput saved from pain, and simultaneously to take a stabilized head posture and thereby to treat diseases in the cervical vertebrae.SOLUTION: The cervical orthosis includes a body supporting member having an occiput supporting part, and a plurality of strap members for fixing the body supporting member to a body. An occiput receiving member is fixed around a temporal part in the inside of the occiput supporting part so as to have a predetermined interval with the curved surface of the occiput supporting part.
