PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a user's seating stability in a mobile body, prevent an armrest from interfering with the user, downsize the mobile body, and improve convenience of the mobile body. SOLUTION: The moving body of the present invention is located on a moving base 1 having a front wheel 11 and a rear wheel 12, a seat 2 having a seating surface 21, and an outer side in the width direction of the moving body with respect to the seating surface 21. The armrest 3 includes a support portion 31 supported on the moving base 1, a main body portion 32 supported by the support portion 31, and a grip 33 protruding from the main body portion 32. The armrest 3 has a use position in which a user seated on the seating surface 21 can grip the grip 33 while positioning his or her arm above the armrest 3, and a lifted position in which the grip 33 is lifted above the use position. The grip 33 in the lifted position is located closer to the outer side in the width direction of the moving body than the grip 33 in the used position.
