PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gardening tool that allows a flowerpot to be lifted and carried when putting the flowerpot in and out of a flowerpot cover.SOLUTION: A lifting tool for gardening, formed using a base material resistant to rust such as stainless steel, includes a placing part for placing the flowerpot, and grip parts. The width of the placing part is freely expandable/contractible by sliding type adjustment, and the right and left grip parts are pulled up high so as to be easily held when lifting and carrying. When the flowerpot is stored in the flowerpot cover, the grip parts are pressed down low to the height of the flowerpot cover and freely adjusted in height by sliding.
