PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a standing-up assisting instrument allowing a user with a lowered physical ability to raise the own body from a bed by simply holding a grip part by moving the grip part interlocked with a lifting device of a lifting bed.SOLUTION: A traveling part 27 horizontally moves along a horizontal slider 24 in the direction of separating from or approaching to the lifting bed and a vertical slider 29 is lifted/lowered to two-dimensionally move the grip part 5 within a plane including the horizontal slider and the vertical slider. The grip part 5 frontward moves while lowering once then the grip part is changed to lift and lastly returned to the bed side, so that the user, at first, becomes a droopy posture, is guided in a frontward horizontal direction and then guided into a standing posture. The standing-up movement of the user is thus supported to greatly reduce a burden applied to the user.COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT【課題】昇降ベッド等の昇降装置と連動して、把持部を移動させることにより、身体能力が低下した利用者は単に把持部をもっていれば、自分の身体をベッドから立ち上がらせることができる立ち上がり支援装置を提供する。【解決手段】走行部27が水平スライダ24に沿って昇降ベッドに対して離隔又は接近する方向に水平に移動し、上下スライダ29が上昇下降することにより、握持部5は水平スライダ及び垂直スライダを含む面内で2次元的に移動する。そして、握持部5は一旦降下しつつ前方に移動し、その後握持部が上昇に転じ、最後に握持部がベッド側に戻ることにより、利用者が、先ず、前傾姿勢となり、水平方向前方に誘導され、その後、立位に誘導される。このようにして、利用者の立ち上がり動作が支援されるので、利用者にかかる負担は極めて小さい。【選択図】図2
