The present invention relates to a high-intensity focused ultrasound operation device. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the high-intensity focused ultrasound operation device comprises: an operation handpiece； a cartridge being detachable to the operation handpiece, comprising a treatment transducer therein which generating high-intensity focused ultrasound； a position variation detector detecting at least one of movement of the operation handpiece or the cartridge, speed of the movement, acceleration of the movement, angular speed, position, direction of the movement, a slope, and displacement； and a controlling part determining data detected from the position variation detector so as to control at least one among irradiation intensity of the high-intensity focused ultrasound from the treatment transducer, an irradiation cycle, an irradiation depth, and irradiation angle. Accordingly, the operation safety increases thereby.본 발명은 고강도 집속 초음파 시술 장치에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 고강도 집속 초음파 시술 장치는, 시술 핸드피스； 상기 시술 핸드피스에 탈부착 가능하며, 고강도 집속 초음파를 생성시키는 치료 트랜스듀서가 내부에 구비된 카트리지； 상기 시술 핸드피스 또는 상기 카트리지의 이동, 이동 속도, 이동 가속도, 각속도, 위치, 이동 방향, 기울기, 그리고 변위 중 적어도 어느 하나 이상을 감지하는 위치 변화 감지기； 및 상기 위치 변화 감지기가 감지한 데이터를 판단하여 상기 치료 트랜스듀서의 고강도 집속 초음파의 조사 강도, 조사 주기, 조사 깊이 및 조사 각도 중 적어도 어느 하나를 제어하는 제어부를 포함하며, 시술 안전성을 향상시킬 수 있다.
