Disclosed is a high intensity focused ultrasonic wave generating apparatus which can measure an impedance on skin adhered during a surgical procedure and thus control an output of a high intensity focused ultrasonic wave in order to maximize a surgical effect, considering that skin conditions are different for patients. An embodiment of the present invention provides a high intensity focused ultrasonic wave generating apparatus, which includes: a body； a focused ultrasonic wave conversion unit built in the body and irradiating a high intensity focused ultrasonic wave to the outside of the body； a skin impedance measurement unit provided in the body and measuring impedance of skin which is a surgical portion； and a control unit for feeding back a value measured by the skin impedance measurement unit and controlling an output of the focused ultrasonic wave conversion unit.환자 별로 피부상태가 다른 점을 감안하여 시술 효과를 극대화시키기 위해, 시술 시 밀착되는 피부 부위의 임피던스를 측정하여 고강도 집속 초음파의 출력을 조절할 수 있는 고강도 집속 초음파 생성장치에 관하여 개시한다.본 발명의 일 실시예에 따르면, 몸체부와, 몸체부에 내장되어, 몸체부 외부로 고강도 집속 초음파를 조사하는 집속 초음파 변환부와, 몸체부에 구비되어, 시술 부위인 피부의 임피던스를 측정하는 피부 임피던스 측정부와, 피부 임피던스 측정부로부터 측정된 값을 피드백 하여, 집속 초음파 변환부의 출력을 제어하는 제어부를 포함하는 고강도 집속 초음파 생성장치를 제공한다.
