One embodiment of the present invention is provided with a cartridge including a handpiece and an ultrasonic focusing unit that is replaceably mounted on the handpiece and generates High Intensity Focused Ultrasound (HIFU), wherein the handpiece is the cartridge HIFU push-pull cartridge system which is connected to, and includes a push-pull system part that provides elastic force between the handpiece and the cartridge and controls the ultrasonic focusing part to operate when an external force of a predetermined value or higher is applied to the cartridge.
