The present invention relates to novel bacteriophage KFS-A9 having an eliminating ability against aeromonas hydrophila, a pharmaceutical composition, an antibiotic composition, a feed additive composition, and a sterilizing or cleaning agent containing the bacteriophage for preventing or treating infectious diseases by aeromonas hydrophila, and a method of preventing or treating infectious diseases by aeromonas hydrophila, which includes a step of injecting the bacteriophage into a subject. The method of preventing or treating infectious diseases by aeromonas hydrophila by using bacteriophage KFS-A9 has an excellent bacteriolytic activity and is strong against a physicochemical environment, as compared to existing chemicals such as antibiotics, since the method is applied specifically for aeromonas hydrophila. Moreover, the KFS-A9 is capable of solving problems arising from drug-resistant bacteria, residual antibiotics in food, and a wide range of problems resulting from the misuse of antibiotics.
