This invention is about a kind of rescuing lifesaving chair. The primary framework features a groove inside for containing a secondary framework. Both ends of the primary framework are fixed with supporting bracket. Each of the primary and secondary frameworks feature a primary cross bar and secondary cross bar for tabling with the primary plate body. There are through holes on the primary plate body for interposing the secondary plate body. The primary plate body acts as the seat surface for lifeguards to sit on, while the secondary plate body providing a back-rest of the chair. The chair forms a stretcher when it folds up providing immediate rescue, transport and protection to the injuries in the event of emergency. It increases this lifesaving chair’s functionality and enhances rescue efficiency.
