The invention provides a standing-up assisted robot which is small and light. The standing-up assisted robot (1) possesses the components as following: a robot body (2) possessing a plurality of frame portions (20, 21) which are connected in longitudinal swinging mode, a holding portion (22) which is arranged at the highest frame portion in a swinging mode and holding part of the body of an asisted object, and moving bodies (29L, 29R) which move on the ground and are arranged at the lowest frame; and arm portions (6L, 6R) which are arranged on the robot body, wherein the arm portions are fixedly arranged an adjacent structure (900) or separated from the structure. When the arm portions are fixed with the structure and part of the body of an asisted objected is holden by the holding portion, a plurality of frameworks swing, and the asisted object is helped to stand up by the standing-up assisted robot.
