PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress displacement of a treatment position with respect to an arm by enabling an arm treatment part to sufficiently follow movements of the arm in backward tilting movements of a backrest.SOLUTION: In a massage chair 11 including a seat part where a user can sit, a backrest part which can make backward tilting movements, and arm treatment parts on both right and left sides for performing treatment on arms, a seat rail part 25 for supporting a seat frame 31, being a framework of the seat part, in such a manner to move back and forth, and an arm rail part 26 for supporting an arm support body 61, being a framework of the arm treatment part, in such a manner to move back and forth, are provided on upper end parts on both right and left sides of a base frame 21. A back frame 41 being a framework of the backrest part is connected to the seat frame 31, and the seat frame 31 is supported to be movable to the front in association with backward tilting movements of the back frame 41. An interlocking mechanism 64 which converts forward movements of the seat frame 31 into backward movements of the arm support body 61 when the seat frame 31 moves forward is provided between the seat frame 31 and the arm support body 61.【課題】背もたれ部の後方への傾動に際して腕施療部が腕の移動に十分に追従できるようにして、腕に対する施療位置のずれを抑える。【解決手段】腰掛を可能とする座部と、後方へ傾動可能な背もたれ部と、腕に対して施療する左右両側の腕施療部とを備えたマッサージ椅子１１において、基台フレーム２１の左右両側の上端部に、座部の骨組みとなる座フレーム３１を前後動可能に支持する座レール部２５と、腕施療部の骨組みとなる腕支持体６１を前後動可能に支持する腕レール部２６とを備える。座フレーム３１には、背もたれ部の骨組みとなる背フレーム４１を連結して、座フレーム３１を背フレーム４１の後方への傾動に伴って前方へ移動可能に支持する。そして、座フレーム３１と腕支持体６１との間に、座フレーム３１が前方へ移動するときに、座フレーム３１の前方への動きを腕支持体６１の後方への動きに変換する連動機構６４を備える。【選択図】図１
