PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device each for producing food which are capable of continuously heating food with microwaves in a short time.SOLUTION: A continuously heating method includes: a step of conveying food and placing the food on a conveying means a step of heating the food with microwaves to ≥100°C an aging step of keeping the food at ≥100°C to sterilize the food a cooling step of cooling the sterilized food with fluid and a taking-out step of taking out the food cooled to a temperature of ≤100°C. A device for producing food using the method is provided.
