The present invention relates to a method for detecting a defective zone of a retinal nerve fiber layer (hereinafter, referred to as a RNFL), wherein a green channel image is extracted from an acquired fundus image, and polar coordinate conversion is conducted with reference to the center of a detected optic disc with regard to the image, thereby detecting a defective area of the RNFL.La présente invention concerne un procédé pour détecter une zone défaillante dune couche de fibre de nerf rétinien (ci-après, désignée par RNFL), une image de canal vert étant extraite dune image de fond acquise, et une conversion de coordonnées polaires est réalisée en référence au centre dun disque optique détecté par rapport à limage, en détectant ainsi une zone défaillante de la RNFL.본 발명은 신경섬유층(retinal nerve fiber layer, 이하 RNFL)의 결손 영역을 검출하는 방법에 관한 것으로, 획득되는 안저 영상 중 녹색 채널 영상 이미지를 추출하고 상기 영상에 대해 검출된 시신경 유두(optic disc)의 중심을 기준으로 극좌표 변환을 수행하여 신경섬유층(RNFL)의 결손 영역을 검출하는 방법에 관한 것이다.
