PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an absorbent article hard to cause a leak, capable of effectively utilizing the absorption capacity of an absorber, and hard to cause the rash of the scrotum.
SOLUTION: The absorbent article 1A includes the absorber 22, a top sheet 18 at least a part of which comprises a liquid permeable material and which is arranged so as to cover the surface of the absorber 22, and a back sheet 20 which comprises a liquid impermeable material and is arranged so as to cover the back of the absorber 22. This absorbent article 1A is further equipped with a plurality of penis fixing sheets 50A at least the surfaces of which comprise a water repellent material and which are arranged to extend in the width direction of the absorbent article 1A and joined to the top sheet 18 at both side edges in the width direction thereof, and the plurality of penis fixing sheets 50A is arranged in parallel with each other in the front and rear directions of the absorbent article 1A.
