A coating material for enhancing durability is provided to show excellent cell activation and blood circulation promoting activities when applied to muscular skin of hands and feet, thereby exerting excellent durability increasing effect on muscle. A coating material for enhancing durability comprises: nucleoprotein and/or a decomposition product including 20-50 wt.% of a fraction having a molecular weight of 1,000-3,000 obtained by low molecularizing DNA through enzyme decomposition or hydrolysis, or deoxyoligonucleotide, deoxymononucleotide or oligopeptide isolated from the decomposition product or a decomposition product including 20-50 wt.% of a fraction having a molecular weight of 1,000-3,000 obtained by low molecularizing RNA through enzyme decomposition or hydrolysis, or oligonucleotide or mononucleotide isolated from the decomposition product or a mixture of at least two selected from the group consisting of the nucleoprotein and/or the DNA decomposition product, the RNA decomposition product, the deoxyoligonucleotide, the deoxymononucleotide, the oligopeptide, the oligonucleotide and the mononucleotide, wherein the nucleoprotein and DNA are obtained from milt of fish selected from the group consisting of salmon, trout, herring and codfish, and the RNA is obtained from a yeast selected from the group consisting of beer yeast, torula yeast, milk yeast and bread yeast.
