The apparatus (1) has an outer cladding comprising half-shelves (2, 3), which include a centrifugal pump (4) generating an air stream under pressure. An ozone generator (6) is connected to the pump in the stream. Heating elements (5) are provided at an end piece (62) of a cylindrical part for the stream before it exits from the one of the half-shelves. The half-shelves comprise half-chambers forming independent spaces for entry of external air to supply the pump or the heating elements of the pump with the external air. An electronic card controls lights (7) i.e. red-green-blue type LEDs.
