PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately determine the motion in reaming an acetabular cartridge of the pelvis by appropriately reflecting the individual difference of a patient before an operation on the artificial hip joint replacement operation, and to accurately reproduce the determined content during the operation.SOLUTION: The artificial hip joint replacement operation support system includes: an RP-molded hemispherical acetabular cartridge cup model 10 having an outer spherical surface in the shape of an acetabulum of the patient and through holes 10A and 10B in the direction of puncture holes determined in a 3D preoperation plan ilium fixing guide pins 41 and 42 an RP-molded cup rim model 20 which can be combined with the acetabular cartridge cup model 10 and which has through holes 20A and 20B for attaching the pins 41 and 42 parallel to the axes of the through holes 10A and 10B a guide-pin holding guide 32 for holding the pins 41 and 42 attached to the through holes 20A and 20B respectively and a shaft 31 whose distal end is inserted into the through hole 10A for inserting a drill 46.
