To provide an artificial acetabular cartridge component capable of reducing invasiveness in total hip replacement and optimizing a joint position for an artificial hip prosthesis.SOLUTION: An artificial acetabular cartridge component 10 comprises a cup part 12 that is made of a metallic material and that has a hemispherical concaved part 14 for supporting a bone head ball, and a cup support part 20 that is formed integrally with the cup part 12 and extended to the outside of the cup part 12. The cup support part 20 is provided with a bone fitting surface 28 for being fitted to an uneven surface on a pelvis side.
