SOLUTION: The nucleic acid cassette for producing the yeast having resistance to high sucrose stress or freezing stress, or both thereof includes a promotor induced by the high sucrose stress or the freezing stress, or both thereof and a polynucleotide encoding ARO1 gene, BUD23 gene, PMR1 gene, SNF5 gene, GON7 gene, SPT20 gene, CBS2 gene or DBF2 gene of the yeast or the 5 terminal fragment thereof linked to the downstream side of the promoter so as to be active or a combination thereof.
