Disclosed are a device and a method for creating B1 map of magnetic resonance image. The disclosed method comprises the steps of: (a) applying the revised bSSFP sequence including an initial RF pulse train for the acquisition of the first and second images (b) acquiring the first and second images by using RF pulses included in the initial pulse train and (c) generating a B1 map by using the acquired first and second images. The initial RF pulse train is applied before the RF pulse is applied for the acquisition of magnetic resonance image, and comprises a plurality of RF pulses. Among the plurality of RF pulses, the phase of odd numbered RF pulses and the phase of even numbered RF pulses are opposite to each other.
