PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fishing rod that can be replaced by a simple operation, even when one of a first member for forming the fishing rod or a second member for forming the fishing rod is damaged to an extent requiring replacement.SOLUTION: A fishing rod with a tip rod is configured as follows: an inclined outer circumferential surface with a small diameter reduced as the rod source end side is formed on an outer circumferential surface of a rod source end of a small diameter tip side rod body 1 an inclined inner circumferential surface with the small diameter reduced as the rod source end side is formed in an inner circumferential surface of the rod tip side end of a large diameter tip-holding rod body 2 and the small diameter tip side rod body 1 is attached and fixed to the large diameter tip-holding rod body 2 between the inclined outer circumferential surface and the inclined inner circumferential surface through an adhesive layer 6.
