The present invention provides a neck support assisting device, which is an auxiliary support tool structure designed for relaxing and automatically correcting the neck when a user lies down. The device has a three-dimensional semi-cylindrical elongate base body having a central part thereof formed with a concave arc groove that is circularly symmetrical with the neck. Hemispherical convex balls that are arranged in connection arrangement with each other are arranged on and protrude from two sides of the groove and a central concave arc surface. The convex balls are arranged circumferentially along the cylindrical shape of the base body. When the user lies down, the device just provides support to the neck positioned thereon for stretching and relaxing.
