According to the present invention, the rice seedling box for a nursery bed is prepared on condition that the rice seeds, the fertilizer, the soil, and the pesticides are mixed when a farmer installs a nursery bed, thereby improving a method for installing the nursery bed so a labor force and fertilizer usage can be saved.본 발명은 벼종자와, 파종상비료와, 경량상토와, 농약을 준비하는 모판흙 재료준비과정； 벼종자 135 ~ 150g, 파종상비료 500 ~ 550g, 경량상토 3.0 ~ 3.6ℓ, 농약 40 ~ 46g을 함께 골고루 섞는 모판흙 제작과정； 상기 모판흙 제작과정을 통해 얻어진 모판흙을 600mm × 300mm × 33mm 인 벼 육묘상자에 모두 담는 모판제작과정； 및 모판흙이 담긴 모판을 하우스에 치상하고 상토가 마르지 않도록 가림막(마대)을 덮어 물 관리와 40℃가 넘지 않도록 통풍관리 하면서 21 ~ 25일 육묘하는 육묘과정을 포함하는 원스톱 못자리 농법에 관한 것이다.이러한 본 발명은 못자리 설치시 벼종자와 비료 및 상토와 농약을 함께 섞은 상태에서 못자리용 벼 육묘상자를 만듦으로써 벼농사의 못자리 설치방법을 개선하여 노동력을 획기적으로 절감시킬 수 있고, 비료량을 절감할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
