Disclosed is a vegetable garden box. The amount of a top soil in the vegetable garden box is reduced by approximately 1/2-1/3 compared to a conventional one according to the shape of a frame, so the weight of the vegetable garden is light and the vegetable garden can be easily moved. Also, costs consumed in producing the same can also be reduced compared to a conventional one. A surface area of a top soil coming in contact with air is increased, so air is easily fed into the top soil. Accordingly, air permeability of a soil is good, and water discharging properties are also good. The vegetable garden box comprises: a box body capable of containing a soil； at least one block unit upwardly concavely bent, and extended in a line； a bent top soil support plate installed in the body box, having a linear space formed at the bottom of the block unit to accommodate or flow water, and having a frame formed along both sides of the block unit to contain a top soil； and a water absorbing member spread on the bent top soil support plate, suctioning water in the space, and supplying moisture to a top soil put thereon.텃밭 상자 내 상토의 양이 골의 형태에 따라 기존의 것에 비해 1/2~1/3 가량 감소하기 때문에 텃밭 상자의 무게가 가벼워서 이동시키기 용이하고 그 제조에 소요되는 비용도 종래의 것에 비해 적게 소요되며, 상토가 공기와 접촉하는 표면적이 증가하여 상토(토양)내에 공기 유입이 용이하여 토양의 통기성이 좋고 배수성도 좋은 텃밭 상자가 개시된다. 상기 텃밭 상자는 흙을 담을 수 있는 상자본체, 상방으로 블록하게 굴곡되고 직선상으로 연장된 적어도 하나의 볼록부를 구비하고, 상기 상자본체의 내부에 설치되어 상기 볼록부의 하부에는 물이 수용되거나 흐를 수 있는 직선상의 공간을 형성하고 상기 볼록부 양측을 따라 상토를 담을 수 있는 골을 형성하는 굴곡 상토받침판 및 상기 굴곡 상토받침판 상에 깔려 상기 공간에 있는 물을 빨아올려 그 위에 담기는 상토로 수분을 공급하기 위한 물흡수부재를 포함하는 구성을 한다.
