The present invention of the power-assisted pushing assembly includes a holding rod, an assisting wheel assembly, and a control assembly. The holding rod and the assisting wheel assembly are disposed on the hand-pushed device respectively. The assisting wheel assembly includes a connecting mechanism and a wheel. The control assembly includes a controller, a driving motor, and an operating device. Wherein the operator handles the operating device, the driving motor can be started and drive the wheel to roll so that the hand-pushed device can move back and forth. Whereby the present invention enable the operator to push the hand-pushed device easily and rapidly. In addition, the present invention provides a function for adjusting the moving race so as to relive the burden of the muscle of operator’s arms and legs.
