PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mass rice cooker capable of remarkably reducing labor and time for the work of adjusting the supply flow rate of fuel gas to gas burners by always precisely and simply adjusting the supply flow rate of the fuel gas to the gas burners so as to facilitate the work even in the case that the kind of rice products is changed. SOLUTION: A mass flow controller 30 for adjusting the supply flow rate of the fuel gas to the gas burners to be a set value is interposed between respective gas branch pipes 18 connected to the respective gas burners 14 successively provided below the moving path of a plurality of food pots 10 housing the hydrated rice. An input means for inputting the set value of the fuel gas flow rate to the respective mass flow controllers and a control means for sending a command signal to the mass flow controllers to change the set value of the fuel gas flow rate are provided.
