In some embodiments, an apparatus, for reducing or stopping flow through a tubular structure of a patient, includes an elongate member arranged to form a frame having a distal and proximal opening and configured to be positioned within a lumen of the tubular structure. The frame includes a proximal, distal, and middle portion. The distal portion is tapered such that an outer cross sectional dimension (OCSD) of the distal opening is less than an OCSD of the middle portion. The frame is configured to be inverted such that the distal portion moves within and toward the middle portion for removing the frame from within the lumen.
