A coracoid drill guide including a hollow shaft for passage of a drill sleeve. The shaft is fitted with a cap having a distally-extending finger. A longitudinal axis of the finger is offset from the longitudinal axis of the shaft by a first fixed distance. The shaft is disposed within a first cannulation of sliding and rotating block that has two cannulations at a second fixed distance apart. The drill guide ensures that a first drill hole will always be placed at the first fixed distance from both the distal tip and the lateral edge of the coracoid, and that a second drill hole will always be placed at the first fixed distance from the lateral edge of the coracoid and at the second fixed distance from the first drill hole.La présente invention concerne un guide-foret coracoïde comprenant une tige creuse pour le passage dun manchon de foret. La tige est équipée dun capuchon ayant un doigt sétendant distalement. Un axe longitudinal du doigt est décalé de laxe longitudinal de la tige dune première distance fixée. La tige est disposée dans une première canulation de bloc coulissant et rotatif qui présente deux canulations à une deuxième distance fixée. Le guide-foret assure quun premier trou de forage sera toujours placé au niveau de la première distance fixée par rapport à la pointe distale et au bord latéral du coracoïde, et quun second trou de forage sera toujours placé à la première distance fixée par rapport au bord latéral du coracoïde et à la seconde distance fixée du premier trou de forage.
