A processing method for accessing to a 3GPP network by a terminal comprises: transmitting, by a UE, an access request message to a core network equipment in a 3GPP network; transmitting, by the core network equipment, an access-prohibited message to the UE after determining that the UE has no authority to access the 3GPP network, wherein the access-prohibited message comprises authentication information of the core network equipment; performing, by the UE, authentication on the core network equipment according to the authentication information of the core network equipment; and if the authentication of the core network equipment by the UE is successful, namely, validity of the access-prohibited message being confirmed, then performing a corresponding network access policy to reduce the number of access request messages transmitted to the core network equipment, thereby reducing a load of the core network equipment, and accordingly increasing an access efficiency of the 3GPP network.
