The invention relates to a copolymer resulting from the polymerization of: (a) 50% to 90% by weight, of the total weight of monomers, of isobornyl (meth)acrylate, (b) 1% to 50% by weight of maleic anhydride, (c) 0 to 49% by weight of additional (meth)acrylate monomer chosen from: (i) (meth)acrylates of linear or branched, saturated or unsaturated, C1‑C20 alkyl, optionally interrupted with one or more non-adjacent heteroatoms chosen from O or S or with an NR group, R being a C1-C4 alkyl group, optionally substituted with a phenyl or furfuryl group； (ii) (meth)acrylates of saturated C4‑C8 cycloalkyl optionally interrupted with O or NH. The invention also relates to a composition comprising said copolymer in a physiologically acceptable medium. The invention also relates to a cosmetic process for caring for or making up the skin or the lips, comprising the topical application, to the skin or the lips, of a cosmetic composition comprising said copolymer.L'invention concerne un copolymère issu de la polymérisation de : (a) 50 à 90 % en poids, du poids total de monomères, de (méth)acrylate d'isobornyle (b) 1 à 50 % en poids d'anhydride maléique (c) 0 à 49 % en poids de monomère (méth)acrylate additionnel choisi parmi : (i) les (métha)crylate d'alkyle en C1-C20, linéaire ou ramifié, saturé ou insaturé, éventuellement interrompu par un ou plusieurs hétéroatomes non adjacents choisi parmi O ou S ou par un groupement NR, R étant un groupe alkyle en C1-C4, éventuellement substitué par un groupement phényle ou furfuryle； (ii) les (méth)acrylate de cycloalkyle en C4-C8 saturé éventuellement interrompu par O ou N H. L'invention concerne également une composition comprenant, dans un milieu physiologiquement acceptable, ledit copolymère. L'invention concerne aussi un procédé cosmétique de soin ou de maquillage de la peau ou des lèvres comprenant l'application topique sur la peau ou les lèvres d'une composition cosmétique comprenant ledit copolymère.
