A method for preparing water supply and feed additives for breeding duck by using hippophae rhamnoides is provided to prevent duck being infected by disease and to improve taste, nutrition and preference of duck. A method for preparing water supply and feed additives for breeding duck by using hippophae rhamnoides comprises the steps of: (a) separating berries from leaf and branch of rhamnoides； (b) squeezing the separated berries to separate extract and residue； (c) pulverizing the separated leaf and branch to 1-2cm； (d) dipping the pulverized leaf and branch 5 weight% in warm water of 50-60°C and separating filtrate and residue； (e) mixing the extract of the step (b) and filtrate of the step (d) to obtain water supply additives for breeding duck； (f) placing the residue of the step (b) and residue of the step (d) on the wicker tray and drying them to become the moisture content 15%； and (g) pulverizing the dried residue to 150mesh.본 발명은 산자나무를 이용한 오리사육용 급수첨가제 제조방법에 관한 것으로,산자나무 잎,가지로부터 얻은 온수추출 여액과 열매 착즙 엑기스와 같은 오리사육용 급수첨가제와 열매 착즙찌거기와 잎과 잔가지 찌거기를 건조해 미분한 오리사육용 사료첨가제를 제조으로 상기 방법에 의해 생산된 급수첨가제를 급수량 1,000ℓ당 5ℓ을 혼합희석하여, 25,000수 기준 부하후 10일령까지 총 1,500ℓ, 이후 10일령～20일령까지 매일2,000ℓ, 20일령～30일령까지 매일 3,000ℓ, 30일령～45일령까지 매일4,000ℓ급수함과 동시에, 상기 방법에 의해 생산된 사료첨가제를 국내시판중인 오리배합사료 1,000㎏당 400g을 배합하여, 25,000수 기준으로 부하후 7일령까지는 총 4,000㎏, 이후 7일령～15일령까지 매일 3,000㎏, 15일령～35일령까지 매일 5,000㎏, 35일령～45일령까지 매일 8,000㎏의 급여하는 오리는 항생제를 사용하지 않으며, 공지된 자작나무의 유용한 약리성분이 오리 체내에 축척된 것으로 말미암아, 맛과 영양이 강화된 고품질의 오리를 생산하여 농가의 소득에 기여할 수 있을 것으로 기대되는 유용한 발명인 것이다.
