PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the efficiency of contrast examination.SOLUTION: An X-ray CT system according to the embodiment includes a scan unit, an image generation unit and an analysis unit. The scan unit executes the first scan including irradiation and detection of an X-ray. The image generation unit generates a plurality of images corresponding to a plurality of time phases on the basis of a plurality of detection data sets corresponding to the plurality of time phases collected by the first scan. The analysis unit divides at least a portion of each of the plurality of images into a plurality of sections, extracts at least one region by integrating the sections having the same or similar time change of pixel values and compares information indicating the feature of the region with reference information.
