The present invention relates to a composition intended for agricultural use, in the concentrated or diluted state, for stimulating the nitrogen metabolism of the cultivated plants； processes and uses thereof. The compositions comprise (1) a compound selected from the group consisting of glutamic acid, glutamine, a hydrate thereof, an enantiomer thereof, a salt thereof, and combinations thereof； and (2) algae of the genus Laminaria； said algae of the genus Laminaria and said compound being present respectively in a mass ratio of between 4.5: 1 and 67.5: 1. La présente invention concerne une composition destinée à un usage agricole, à l'état concentré ou dilué, pour stimuler le métabolisme azoté des plantes cultivées ； procédés et utilisations correspondantes.
