The invention concerns an extra-corporeal system and method to purify blood of pathogenic enzymes which initiate tumoral processes as well as evoke dystrophic muscular lesion, including enzymes of the group of cysteine peptidases, in particular of cathepsins B and L and calpain, this system being intended for removing these proteins from the blood in order to eliminate the degradation of the bodys cells caused by the presence of these proteins in the blood.Linvention concerne un système extracorporel et une méthode dépuration du sang par élimination denzymes pathogènes induisant des processus tumoraux et évoquant une lésion musculaire dystrophique, y compris les enzymes du groupe des cystéines peptidases, et notamment les cathépsines B et L et la calpaïne, ce système visant à éliminer ces protéines du sang afin de supprimer la dégradation des cellules du corps causée par la présence de ces protéines dans le sang.
